Vancouver Pride Opening Ceremony

Every year, Vancouver hosts a variety of ticketed, free, and low-cost events to celebrate the 2SLGBTQ+ community and the incredible art and talent to come out of it – and the festivities kick off this weekend with an Opening Ceremony at Davie Street Lounge.

According to theVancouver Pride Society, this year will see over 40 events across the city, including the two-day VanPrideFest and the annual Vancouver Pride Parade – so keep an eye out for those!

False Creek Crab Fest

The second annual False Creek Crab Fest is here, celebrating all things fresh BC Dungeness crab with bites from local chefs and fishers, drinks, live music, games, and more!

The Eastside Arts Society is hosting the ninth annual Art! Bike! Beer! Crawl fundraiser and tour this weekend as part of their annual CREATE! Eastside Arts Fest. Here, participants will go on a walking and cycling tour of multiple local breweries, with tasting flights or pints provided at each stop!

Rosé Disco

Junction Public Market

Vancouver’s newest public marketplace is here, and it features a mix of rotating food trucks, artisan vendors, and live entertainment. Oh, and refreshing sips from the market’s ‘Sipping Container!

Taking place at Granville Square until September 29th, Junction Public Market will operate from Tuesday through Sunday from 11 am to 7 pm, including holiday Mondays.
